I’m back again with yet another book review. I know that I am unintentionally turning this into a book blog, but I swear that there are more real life posts coming soon. I’m even going to be changing up my youtube channel, but more on that in another post.
Let’s get back to the topic at hand. This book review in case you haven’t noticed is about the book Tiny Beautiful Things by Cheryl Strayed. This was a Paper & Glam book club read for November of last year. It did take me a bit to read this but I’m glad that I finally did! I probably should warn you that there are cuss words in this book for those people aren’t fans of that should not read this book.
This collection of advice columns from Dear Sugar which Cheryl Strayed wrote under before she became the famed author of the Wild. Throughout the essays we find out about the strange made up life that Cheryl Strayed/Dear Sugar led and the advice that she gives to people. I especially liked the essay entitled Tiny Beautiful Things and the column she wrote regarding the graduation speech/advice to the English majors.
Let me know if you have read this book and what you thought or were interested in the book. I also added a Currently Reading section in my sidebar instead of the usual books I’ve read. If you have any recommendations for books I should read this year, let me know 🙂 I’ll see you soon with another post.
