Risk everything . . . for love with this #1 New York Times bestseller.
What if you couldn’t touch anything in the outside world? Never breathe in the fresh air, feel the sun warm your face . . . or kiss the boy next door? In Everything, Everything, Maddy is a girl who’s literally allergic to the outside world, and Olly is the boy who moves in next door . . . and becomes the greatest risk she’s ever taken.
My disease is as rare as it is famous. Basically, I’m allergic to the world. I don’t leave my house, have not left my house in seventeen years. The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla.  But then one day, a moving truck arrives next door. I look out my window, and I see him. He's tall, lean and wearing all black—black T-shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black knit cap that covers his hair completely. He catches me looking and stares at me. I stare right back. His name is Olly. Maybe we can’t predict the future, but we can predict some things. For example, I am certainly going to fall in love with Olly. It’s almost certainly going to be a disaster.
Everything, Everything will make you laugh, cry, and feel everything in between. It's an innovative,  inspiring, and heartbreakingly romantic debut novel that unfolds via vignettes, diary entries, illustrations, and more.
And don’t miss Nicola Yoon's The Sun Is Also A Star, the #1 New York Times bestseller in which two teens are brought together just when it seems like the universe is sending them in opposite directions.

Hello!
I’m back with yet another book review. The next post I write will be a life update and what I hope to happen to the blog in the coming year. Let’s get back to the reason you are here.

I recently finished my third book of the year technically. I also finished a self-help book, which I don’t post about on social media because I read those purely for personal reason. I had the opportunity to pick up Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon at a local used bookstore so of course I jumped at the chance. I had heard much hype surrounding the book especially since it was made into a movie in recent years, so I was definitely interested in what the hype was about.

This YA fiction delves into the world ask seen through Madeline Whittier’s eyes. The book serves as a journal exploring her life around her 18th birthday and the year that follows. It is in this year that Madeline meets and falls in love with her next door neighbor Olly as well as discovering the truth about her past.

I won’t spoil the ending for you, while I did love the journal entries throughout Madeline’s year at the end of the book I am left wondering about Madeline’s future. While the book leaves you with a happy ending you are also left wondering what might come next. I did enjoy reading the book and probably could have read it all in one sitting if I had let myself and get lost in the short entries and the brushes with first love I let myself stretch it out a bit, so I could soak it in.

I would recommend reading this book if you are interested in a quick rather lighthearted read.

I read this for @llamaletters #llamalettersbookclu I read this for @llamaletters #llamalettersbookclub . There were some pretty basic things that I learned growing up, but there were definitely good points. No spoilers for those's who haven't finish the book. I also took a bunch of notes, which I'll continue to review now and again. I would definitely recommend for anyone who struggles with clutter and gets swept up by decluttering and organization shows

I finished my third book of the year so far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 The short diary excerpts made me want to keep turning pages to find out what happens next. I loved the plot twist, though a part of me felt kind of sad for the mother in the end.😉 I wouldn't mind reading a follow up to this book to find out what happens to Maddy & Olly in the future. A more in depth review in on the blog now. #linkinbio
